Profile

Maya had a love of dance and ballet since early childhood. She first choreographed a piece for herself and her sister at the age of 11. Maya took a variety of dance training in dance studios in Moscow. She spent 12 years performing with dance group "Meridian" in lyrical, modern, acrobatic and character dance styles.

After moving to California, Maya found Ariel Studio, which became her dance family for another 10+ years. Oanh Tretter at Ariel gave her the opportunity to share her dance experience and passion as a ballet teacher. She says: "Classical ballet is my life long passion". Her primary occupation is in software engineering and code security.
