Elizabeth started dance at the age of three and it's been part of her life ever since. She grew up taking class in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern, and hip hop and was accepted to the Dance program at the University of Michigan. At the U of M, she performed in Dance Department concerts, was a captain of the Michigan Dance Team performing at athletic events, and was a member of the Impact Dance Company.

Elizabeth's first dance teaching job was as a toddler class assistant in 1996, followed by a National Dance Alliance camp instructor and competition judge in 2002. She has taught classes for children, teens, and adults in southeast Michigan and joined the Ariel family in 2011. She has choreographed jazz, pom, and hip hop competition routines for high school teams throughout the state of Michigan.
